Utah's Wonderful Wetlands (UWW) Educator Training

Wednesday, August 5^th and Thursday, August 6^th

Learn an assortment of great activities that meet science, social studies, and language arts core requirements and help you to teach your class about Utah’s wetlands.  For 4^th grade teachers or other teachers interested in natural resources.  The workshop will be held on August 5^th from 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm and August 6^th from 8:00 am – 1:30 pm.  One Utah State University credit is available or you can opt for a certificate of attendance for relicensure points.  $18 includes Utah’s Wonderful Wetlands Guide, a wealth of supplemental resources and refreshments during breaks.  To register please contact Diana Vos at dianavos@utah.gov or 801.538.4719.  Training will be held at the Swaner EcoCenter in Park City.
